My journey into personal growth and emotional well-being began long before I became a practitioner. For much of my life, I was searching for meaning, balance, and a deeper understanding of myself. I experienced times of stress, disconnection, and emotional exhaustion — moments that made me question who I was and what I truly needed to feel fulfilled. Those experiences became my greatest teachers. They guided me to look within, to slow down, and to explore practices that helped me reconnect with my inner peace.
As I began exploring different healing modalities — from meditation and mindfulness to Reiki, Breathwork, and EFT tapping — I realised that true healing is not just mental or physical; it’s holistic. It’s about bringing the mind, body, and energy into harmony so that we can move through life with awareness and ease. Each modality gave me something profound: coaching helped me gain clarity and direction, breathwork helped me regulate my emotions, Reiki reawakened my intuition, and EFT helped me release stored emotions and self-limiting patterns.
Through this journey, I found my purpose — to guide others through their own process of release, reflection, and rebalance. My role is not to fix anyone but to help people reconnect with the wisdom, strength, and calm that already exist within them. My approach combines both science and spirituality, integrating practical mindset tools with the power of energy and breath to create deep and lasting transformation.
I hold qualifications in Life Coaching, Breathwork Instruction, Reiki, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), as well as in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Health and Social Care. I have also trained in mindfulness-based practices and attended Vipassana meditation retreats, which deepened my understanding of stillness, awareness, and compassionate presence.
Every client I work with brings a unique story and energy. My role is to meet you where you are — with empathy, understanding, and gentle guidance — and to help you rediscover your natural rhythm. Healing isn’t about rushing forward; it’s about slowing down and allowing yourself to simply be. Transformation unfolds when you begin to trust your own process.
Over the years, I’ve learned that personal growth is not about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you are underneath the layers of stress, conditioning, and expectation. When we begin to release what no longer serves us, we reconnect with peace, authenticity, and inner strength.
Harmony & Peace is more than just a practice; it’s a philosophy and a way of living. It represents the balance between movement and stillness, strength and softness, action and surrender. It’s about creating harmony within so that peace can naturally flow into every part of your life.
Through this work, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations — moments where people rediscover hope, confidence, and clarity. Watching others step into their truth and reconnect with themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. Healing is not a straight line, but every breath, every realisation, and every act of self-kindness brings you closer to peace.
Outside of my practice, I continue to deepen my own journey — learning, training, meditating, and connecting with nature to stay grounded and inspired. I believe that the more I evolve, the more I can give back — because we can only guide others as deeply as we’ve gone ourselves.
At my core, I am someone who believes in the power of awareness, compassion, and connection. Harmony & Peace is not just my work — it’s my calling, my purpose, and my way of helping others return home to themselves through breath, energy, and presence.
