As a Sound & Somatic Healer, I take a holistic, body-centred approach to healing, combining sound healing, breathwork, Reiki, EFT, and somatic practices to support emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and inner transformation.
Each session is designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, unresolved emotional wounds, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.

My Journey
My journey into this work began with my own search for clarity, peace, and purpose. For years, I lived in the constant cycle of doing and giving — showing up for everyone else while feeling disconnected inside. It was during this time of reflection that I began exploring the power of mindful breathwork, Reiki energy healing, and EFT tapping.
These practices became gateways to healing — helping me release old patterns, calm my mind, and reconnect with who I truly am beneath the noise of daily life. They didn’t just change how I thought; they changed how I felt, how I breathed, and how I showed up in the world.
My personal growth deepened even further during a Vipassana silent retreat, where I learned the profound art of stillness — observing the mind, mastering self-awareness, and finding peace in simply being. That experience shaped how I now approach life and my coaching work: from a place of presence, compassion, and inner calm.
